How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2–7 business days.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Australia. But stay tuned — we’re working to expand soon!

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If the item is available in the size you need, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
