About us

Futbaby is more than just a store — it’s a dream born from friendship, passion, and a bridge between Brazil and Australia.

Founded by two long-time friends, Thabata and Laiz, our story began decades ago with our bond growing stronger through our shared passion for Palmeiras. However, it was when we moved to Australia almost 13 years ago that our friendship truly flourished.

Today, even though we’re living on different continents, Laiz in Brazil and Thabata in Australia-our love for soccer and Brazilian culture still connects us. As a mother and a doula, we understand the importance of keeping our culture alive, especially for the new generations.

We wanted to bring a piece of Brazil here, so our children and future can feel the same excitement and pride we do for our soccer and culture.

Our goal is to create something unique that celebrates the joy, energy, and passion that football represents for us, and to share it with families on both sides of the world.
